Injection molding on thermoplastic injection molding machines

We perform injection molding of plastic products on thermoplastic injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 35 to 1,000 tons. We manufacture plastic components of varying complexity in accordance with specified technical requirements and product designs.

We work with a wide range of polymers, including PE, PP, PVC, ABS, PA, and other materials. During production, we take into account the required properties of the finished products, including strength, heat resistance, hygiene, and other requirements.

We provide full technical support throughout the molding process, including the production of parts using customer-supplied molds. The technology is suitable for manufacturing both individual plastic components and products for serial production.
